Really good food and service. Very casual. Excellent steaks. Come here every trip to Heber. Desserts look great.

It is so hard to find someplace decent to eat after 2pm and before 5. We found chucks. It is small 17 tables and has lunch specials. Known for steaks they also make a mean chicken salad and potato salad which is what we tried at lunch. The waitress was friendly, sandwich filling and there was homemade pie for dessert. Wish I'd had room for some. I definitely will be going back to try their dinner!

6-12-15. Was crowded...but a summer Friday night it's expected. We waited a short time. Food is exceptional! The marinade they use on steaks is great! Cooked to perfection. Wait staff is exceptional....could not ask for better. Got the lemon ice box pie tonight, perfect tartness. For a sleepy little town....this is 5 star! *****

I've tried this place 3 times now and I'm done. The staff is friendly but the food is bland and canned. Over priced, no seasoning and boring. The retirement community loves it, but that's cuz there is no where else to go. Heard the burgers were the best in town and tried it twice. Please, they suck.

We love this place. The food is homemade and Chuck is a great cook. The lunch is my favorite. Squash casserole is amazing and the homemade yeast rolls are the best I have ever had. Steaks are good and the hamburgers are great. The folks running the place are friendly and the place is cozy. Love it!

I have been here mostly for lunch and their specials change daily. I am stuck on their Thursday smoked brisket, but yesterday my wife ordered their breaded porkchops special and we split the entrees so we could try both. They are both outstanding. The specials normally run $7.50 and they offer a good selection of side dishes. You will not go away hungry. Their desserts are homemade from scratch and although a bit pricey, they are well worth it. The dining area is sparkling clean with a cozy atmosphere. I rarely order steak so I can't rate them, but I have heard nothing but good about them.

Three trips. 2 couples each time. Rib eyes, filets, one chicken fried steak. Filets best in Heber. Noisy. Slow service. Good deserts. Will definitely keep going back. Not inexpensive but good value for the quality.
